Ischia Safari ’22

Ischia Safari is an imaginative journey: just let yourself be carried away by the suggestions, to the most beautiful places on the island. Food and wine thus becomes a varied and fascinating world to explore: chefs, pizza makers, pastry chefs and artisans of taste lead visitors by the hand into a synaesthetic labyrinth of goodness from which they will emerge intoxicated and enriched.

The brainchild of starred chefs Nino Di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro, the event is a true festival of taste, recounting wine traditions and recovering ancient recipes, renewing them, involving the excellence of food and wine from Ischia and beyond.

For September 25, the appointment is at the Indaco Restaurant of the Regina Isabella Hotel where several starred chefs will collaborate on the creation of an exclusive menu for a charity dinner designed to fund the projects of the Ischia Saperi e Sapori association focused on supporting the training of young people in hotel schools. On Sept. 26 at 7:30 p.m., the event moves to Negombo Thermal Park, featuring Chefs, Pizzaioli and Pastry Chefs. A suitable location to meet the large attendance of enthusiasts expected. Enriching the two-day event were other events including, on Monday, discussions on labor issues and how to deal with them and future plans for the industry.
